What to expect.

As a personal & office assistant, you will primarily provide and support management in both private and business areas

  • You organize business travel and arrange everything involved in it
  • You ensure that everything in the office runs smoothly and are the spider in the web in terms of facilities office management
  • You ensure that the office remains organized and tidy
  • You will act as the office point of contact for visiting clients, candidates, appointments
  • You support the Marketing & Sales team in sending out various (PR) packages
  • You will fulfill a dynamic and varied role as a secretarial support person to the MT
  • You will perform administrative tasks such as handling emails, calendar management and processing incoming and outgoing mail items 
  • Party time! You are part of the party committee and organize events such as staff outings, celebrations, holidays, get-togethers, birthdays and you are also involved in coming up with the best business gifts for their customers and organize the entire process from start to finish. 

Who are you?

  • You are a doer, entrepreneurial and can move quickly.

  • A structured, organized person with previous experience as an assistant
  • Able to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Possess strong communication skills in both Dutch and English
  • Hostess/Host
  • Available full-time, 36-40 hours per week
  • Able to work independently and within deadlines
